Just another great day of skiing a logged area on the Tug Hill both using lifts and skinning for access.

Great Skiing Again at SR!

Yet another stellar day at Snow Ridge. Who gets to ski one untracked run after another?? We do!!!

Blue Mtn

Did a tour up the hiking trail on Blue Mtn. in nice powder conditions. We broke trail but there were many snowshoers on the way up as we descended. The skin up was beautiful.






Once on top, the old observers cabin had some cool hoar frost.









And of course the reason we climbed up ...

BIG POWDER at the Ridge

The pictures say it all. One of the best powder days from the season!

13th Lake and Peaked Mtn. Pond

We skied across 13th Lake into the Siamese Ponds Wilderness Area


And up the streambed.






The many stream crossings were frozen, mostly ...


Skied across several beaver towards Peaked Mtn. Pond to check things out.





Had lunch under a big boulder that would make for good climbing.






Finally the skate out.
